Learn How To Hypnotise

A couple of of years ago I would never have thought that I would know how to hypnotise people, but now I am able to easily hypnotize and cure people of various different problems that they have. I don’t think that I would have even gotten into hypnotism if it wasn’t for the fact that my wife was a frequent sleepwalker! Obviously this became quite a problem and we were both desperate to be able to cure her.

After doing a little research into sleepwalking I found out that it can be totally cured by hypnotism, so I started to look into the cost of going to see a professional hypnotist…and it turns out that they are not as cheap as I was hoping that they would be. As we are not the most well off of family’s there wasn’t really any way that we would be able to pay for a hypnotist which was a big blow to the both of us. My wife was pretty upset as she thought that she would be stuck with being a sleepwalker forever, but seeing her like that I decided to do some more research and see if there was any other way that she could be helped.

Several days and a lot of reading later I still hadn’t found anything that would be able to completely cure my wife’s sleepwalking so I was very disappointed. But then a friend of mine mentioned to me that it is possible to learn how to hypnotise people yourself , as soon as I heard this I was very excited and looked into it right away. To my surprise it was a hell of a lot cheaper to learn how to hypnotise for yourself rather than going to see a professional so I spoke to my wife about it and we agreed to give it a go. Surprisingly enough I actually started to really enjoy learning to hypnotize and before long I was ready to attempt to cure my wife of her sleepwalking, and sure enough after a couple of sessions with her (to her surprise) she hasn’t been sleepwalking since.

The hypnosis course that I decided to go for was one by a guy called Jeff Stephens and the reason his course was so appealing to me was because instead of just getting a book to read through he uses videos which makes it really easy to follow and understand, Plus if you have any questions then he holds Q&A teleconferences which are great. So if you are thinking of learning how to hypnotize people then I would have to recommend Jeff’s Hypnosis Video Workshop as I found it easy to follow, understand and I even had a bit of fun along the way. But the best thing about it is that I now have this skill for life and I have even used hypnosis on my brother to help him quit smoking and that worked extremely well.

What Can Be Treated By Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a variety of psychological, emotional or physical disorders. It can be used to relief pain during surgery or child birth which reduces the need of drugs which some people can react badly to. As well as helping with reducing the need for pain killers. Hypnotherapy is also able to cure people of addictions like smoking or drinking and bad habits like nail-biting or even swearing. There are no end of problems that people think they will have to live with for the rest of their lives which can quite easily be cured by hypnotherapy. People who lack confidence or have a low self esteem can see remarkable results by using hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is also a popular choice for people who have trouble with phobias of all kinds!

The list of things cured by the use of hypnotherapy is almost endless which is why it is such a fantastic skill to be able to master. From my experience I would say that some of the most common problems would have to be quitting smoking, confidence or self esteem, weight loss, alcoholism and public speaking. I’m sure you would be able to think of somebody you know who could benefit from hypnotherapy, that is why learning how to hypnotise was the best thing I have ever done!

Hypnotism

In the past peoples view of hypnosis usually involved a clock being waved in front of somebody’s face and the hypnotist being able to fully control the hypnotised person. But those days are thankfully long gone and it has become a lot more mainstream and acceptable for people these days, In fact learning how to hypnotize these days is very accessible and pretty much anybody can do it.

Contrary to popular belief people who are hypnotised are not in a state of deep sleep, in fact they are in a kind of trance like condition with an enhanced state of awareness, that is why they are able to hear the hypnotists voice clearly and subconsciously act on the suggestions. This works by the left hand side of the brain being ‘turned off’ and the right hand side being much more alert. What this means is that the conscious mind is inhibited and the subconscious is alert and ready to receive and act on the hypnotists voice.

So you can see how powerful hypnosis can be in treating a wide variety of different psychological, emotional and physical problems, and it requires minimum effort from the person in need of help. Some women have even used it as a pain relief while in labour to lessen the need for pain killers, so that just shows how well it can work, my wife has even said that if she had known about using hypnosis during labour then she would have jumped at the chance.

Imagine if you had the ability to cure people of their problems by learning how to hypnotize! It is such a fantastic feeling and the look on their faces when they realize that you have completely cured them is absolutely priceless, I can’t even imagine not being able to hypnotize now.

Self Hypnosis

Self hypnosis can be a very effective technique for relaxing and also for fixing certain problems that you may have in your live, such as low self esteem or confidence issues. Self hypnosis can be used with or without affirmations depending on what it is that you are trying to achieve.

Usually self hypnosis sessions can last anything from 10 to around 30 minutes but it is also possible for you to have a session that lasted as long as you wanted , within reason of course

Absolutely anybody is able to use self hypnosis, as long as he or she is not under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other form of altered state of mind. It will usually take a few sessions for you to become comfortable and get the most out of self hypnosis, but it’s like anything in the fact that practice makes perfect.

Many people are a little worried about using self hypnosis for the first time but it is important to remember that it is very safe and generally the worst that will happen is you will fall asleep half way through due to being so relaxed.

In order to use this technique you must first find somewhere that you will not be disturbed and that you can sit comfortably, then make sure you have your affirmations prepared if you are going to be using them. Once you are ready you must relax your whole body as much as possible from head to toe, once you feel completely relaxed you can start to use your affirmations that you prepared before hand and maybe mix in some relaxation suggestions to make sure that you stay completely relaxed throughout.

Alternatively, if you do not feel comfortable or confident enough to do this completely on your own, you could listen to recorded mp3′s that you have made yourself at an earlier time or some that you have bought. Doing it this way can be very beneficial because you can just concentrate on relaxing while the mp3 does all of the work for you.
